Asher Murray
Born Mar 17, 2006 — Eva's twin brother, older by mere moments. Drowned in a tragic accident in July 2014, age 8. Eva bore witness. His death is a defining wound in Eva's early life and in the Murray family as a whole.

The twin curse claims Asher at age 8, drowning in July 2014. Eva is the surviving twin — mirroring Eric's survival of Arthur's near-death. The curse has taken one twin per generation on the Murray paternal line: Graeme's twin (WWI), Arthur (technically, in utero — resuscitated), Asher (drowned, age 8). The pattern is becoming impossible to ignore.
